About The Condo

Our condo at Casa Marina II, located at the southern end of Estero Island, was completed in October 1999.  Monthly rental is still available for the month of April of the 2008 season.  Sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay, this condo is the perfect place for couples to relax under the Florida sun.  Overlooking Estero Bay, one can observe the sunrise illuminating the calm waters where dolphin frolic and the Manatee slowly move about.

Casa Marina II is a fifth floor, air conditioned, two bedroom, two bath condo that has 1202 sq. ft. of living area (1430 sq. ft. with the 29 ft. screened in terrace).  Many amenities include: dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, full size washer and dryer, cable TV, a 25X55 ft. heated swimming pool and a secured lobby with elevator.  A Par 3, 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, fishing pier and private walking & biking paths are part of this serene property.  Since the island is only one half mile wide at that location, the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short stroll away.

There are many services and activities available on the island, some of which are: parasailing, jet ski rental, boat rental fishing trips, motor scooter rental, bicycle rental, beach cabana rental, dolphin/manatee/wildlife watch boats, and gambling on the casino cruises.

Dine in one of the many waterfront restaurants, two of which are "Sung Harbor" and "The Bridge".  "The Bridge" is noted for its live Reggae music parties on Sundays.  Or visit the nearby specialty shops located north on Estero Boulevard, easily accessible by bike, auto or the 25 cent trolley.

Regional Southwest International Airport (RSW), in Fort Myers, is located 22 miles from Fort Myers Beach and is approximately a 25 minute drive to the condo.
